Spamhaus Block List (SBL) Non-Compliance Policy

ServerHub® does not tolerate any behavior that is related to any activity that results in a listing with Spamhaus or the SBL, XBL, PBL, DBL and DROP Advisory lists.

If you receive a listing with The Spamhaus Project on any of the above mentioned Advisory lists your account will be subject to an immediate minimum penalty fee of $225. This fee applies to the first /24 of space listed.

An additional penalty of $225 is assessed for each additional /24 listed against IP addresses in your control. In addition your account will automatically become restricted from requesting IP space from ServerHub® until all SH Advisory complaints have been resolved.

If at anytime an offending SBL remains on your account past the initial month it has been listed, we will continue to charge a monthly fine assessment fee in the amount of $395 for non-resolution.

If the issue remains outstanding for an unacceptable timeframe we reserve the right to reclaim the effected IP address space without notice. at which point the monthly fine assessment fee will no longer be assessed to the account in the event we take action to reclaim the IP addresses in question. If at any time your reassigned IP space received a negative listing at Spamhaus, your account is in violation of this policy.
